Methods of Treatment

Individual

Some issues need to be addressed individually due to level of comfort and/or type of concern.

Family

Certain issues need to be addressed with the family in order to clarify, understand and develop a treatment plan for those issues of concern.

Group

Many issues are best addressed in groups due to the fact that members of a group often learn from each other as the group leader facilitates this process in a supportive, constructive atmosphere.

EMDR
(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Some issues may be effectively treated with EMDR. It is a scientifically validated, integrative psychotherapy used to treat depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma and other related issues.
